Rowing Tickets and Hospitality

HENLEY REGATTA 30th June to the 4th July 2010

For 2010 we are offering hospitality packages in an exclusive 4-acre riverside facility amidst the beautiful grounds of Bird Place, a Tudor mansion with late Georgian additions. The house and grounds are adjacent to Regatta HQ and Henley Bridge.

Quality marquee with classic furnishings and fittings, exterior teak garden furniture, superb floral decorations and a high standard for both catering and wines. A complimentary bar will be available throughout the day.

In addition we will offer a 2-hour cruises during the day to take in the racing and to view the wonderful eccentricities of the event. By all means stay, enjoy the beautiful garden and river scenery while listening to the resident Jazz Band and sipping a glass of champagne – the choice is yours!

A 4-course luncheon will be served to your reserved table with fine wines from Louis Latour and finished off with brandy and liqueurs. Top catering and impeccable service. There is a reasonable amount of car parking available within the grounds allocated, for a cost of £10 per car, on a ‘first booked, first given’ basis. The No 2 car park is on land adjacent for which there will be a £20 per day per car charge. There will be a complimentary mini-shuttle bus will be ever present at Henley station. The whole event is professionally managed with flair and panache.
