Champion Hurdle Cheltenham

Cheltenham’s Champion Hurdle had a boost at the weekend when the Philip Hobbs trained Menorah won the Great Goodwood Handicap Hurdle, demoralising a very strong field in the process.

Menora has now moved into serious contention for one of the big races at the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival next March. However, the J P McManus trained Binocular remains favourite in the betting.
